Golf package for 2 people (2 people share one apartment)
Price: 1.050 SEK / per person

Caddy package
Accommodation incl. 3 course dinner at Söderby Golf & Krog
Price: 750 SEK per person (4 persons sharing 1 apartment)

Accommodation and breakfast
Fridays and Saturdays:
Price: 450 SEK / person (4 persons sharing 1 apartment)
Price: 550 SEK / person (2 people share 1 apartment)

Sundays to Thursdays:
Price: 350 SEK / person (4 persons sharing 1 apartment)
Price: 450 SEK / person (2 persons share 1 apartment)

For bookings of larger groups
If you would like separate bookings so everyone in your group will get a reservation on their own, we can arrange that.
The booking fee will in such cases be addressed to you as a booker. The reservation is regulated at the agreed date and always 14 days before arrival. Contact person/booker shall well ahead of time submit all necessary contact information to us.


Golf ID
For reservations, you dont´t need not leave the golf Id. (Swedish golfers ID) Booking is made with a personal reservation number. The reservation number is then used for payment or in contact with the reception or restaurant at your stay at Söderby.

Conditions
A Booking Fee: 10% of the golf package shall be payed in connection with our confirmation and the balance shall be paid no later than 14 days before arrival. Payment is made on BG 5972-3908. Enter your reservation number located on your booking confirmation.

If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the golf package will be refunded. The booking fee is not refundable.

Keys:
The apartments can be checked in on the day of arrival from 14.00 and must be checked out no later than the day of departure at 10.00.

Key are retrieved and provided in the reception in the clubhouse, opening hours Weekdays: 07.30-18.00 Weekends: 07.30-17.00.

At request of the tenant key´s can be provided upon agreement.

In late check out without agreement a late charge equivalent 1 or more night rent of a 4 bed apartment.

Cleaning:
Not included, but it is possible to order cleaning whenever required at least 2 weeks before arrival.
Price: 220 SEK.
You will find a checklist for self cleaning in the cleaning cupboard in the apartment hall.

Bed linen and towels:
Not included but can be rented for 70 SEK/set at the reception.

If the apartment is left in such a condition on departure that normal cleaning or more is needed or if equipment is missing or damaged, the tenant is to be charged for this.

Regulations Söderby Golf Lodge
No Smoking in all apartments.
Pets are not allowed to stay indoors.
Lodge Hotel or other guests may not park their cars directly outside the hotel without permission. (for authorization, call Gabriella Ekström phone: +4618 430 1976)
Use regular parking spaces outside the clubhouse.
