MEMBERSHIP OWNING
On our 18-hole course, we now have about 80 memberships owning rights remaining of the maximum of 920 pc, which will be sold. The price of the last (rights) are 30 000 sek.
Each right is linked to a mandatory annual fee in Söderby GC. The annual fee for 2010 is 4.900 sek to play 7 days a week.

You can choose to split the payments in 24 or 36 months. Purchasing Month is free of charge. Thereafter, the purchase price is divided into 23/35 equal monthly payments, including a campaign contribution of SEK 495.
An administrative charge of SEK 25 per month is included in the monthly amount. NOTE! normal credit review will be conducted.

Campaign fee SEK 495 kr
Cost in a breakdown of 24 months: SEK 30.495 / 23 payments + 25 = SEK 1 351 per month.
Cost in a breakdown of 36 months: SEK 30,495 / 35 payments + 25 = SEK 896 per month.
Effective interest rate including all costs at 24 months is 1.8% and at 36 months is 1.5%.
