INFORMATION AND RULES FOR MEMBERSHIP OWNING RIGHT
A membership owning right on Söderby works much like a tenancy of a dwelling. It gives you private access to one of the maximum of 920 privately owned memberships. If you would like to sell your membership owning right, You are solely responsible for it is sold. All sales are made at market prices. Söderby has right of pre-emption, so you must first offer it to Söderby.
LETTING
If for any reason you cannot or want to play in a season, you can sublet your membership annually. You have to find someone that will hire Your membership one year at a time.
Söderby is handling the letting of membership for the owners. The total price for the annual rent of someone else´s membership is SEK 5.900.Membership owner shall also pay SEK 500 in passive annual fee. Rental must be made before 1 of May, if the membership owner wants to avoid paying their annual fee. If the letting is done after the 1 May no annual fee is repaid. No letting is approved after 1 of May.
SALE
If membership is sold before the 1 of May the entire annual fee is repaid to the previous membership owner. The new owner must then pay the full annual fee. Membership owners that make sales after 1 of May will not get their annual fee repaid or permitted having their membership transferred to new owners.
If sale is done after 1 of May, the new owner committed to pay the full annual fee in order to play the course during that year.
